J.Crew Discounts for Teachers & Students

Ladies and gents, I apologize for not sharing this earlier, but it has been awhile since I've used this discount...Did you know that J.Crew regularly takes 15% off of your purchase when you show your student ID or proof that you're a teacher (paycheck works)?! Navajo Prints

I'm not a fan of the Navajo print trend. I think a lot of it has to do with living in Arizona and seeing it EVERY where when I visit Sedona. What do you think?

Harvard & Fashion

Harvard University has started a fashion line called Harvard Yard headed up by Verus Group. They are launching a men's line in 2010 with a women's line following. Since I adore all things preppy, I'm pretty excited about this. This does pose the question, "What would Arizona State's fashion line look like?" Hmmm...

Glow in the Dark

Diesel has come out with glow in the dark jeans. Would you wear them? Why not? It's pretty cool, but I wouldn't pay extra for them. Plus, I'm sure whatever makes them glow would wash out.

Black & Blue

Denim shirts and black jeans are making a HUGE come back in fashion right now for men and women, respectively. I can't believe it, but I'm really liking it! For men, denim shirts are going to be seen everywhere, but I think the styling and wash of the denim shirts are important to keep in mind. Double pockets, worn in, light-weight, denim with snaps are where it's at.

For the ladies, black denim, skinny jeans are taking over leggings. Note: this does not include faded, bleached black denim.
